Practical information


I see clients weekdays between 8 am – 3 pm. Appointments outside of working hours are sometimes possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Fees and payment

 All fees are per treatment. Treatments are usually 60-75 minutes but may be longer or shorter depending on your needs.

Adults: $150 initial, $140 follow-ups

Children 12 and under: $120 initial, $110 follow-ups

Seniors & students: $130 initial, $120 follow-ups

**Reduced rates for low-income individuals are available upon request. Please call me to discuss your situation.

I accept cash, credit card and Interac email transfer payments. Electronic receipts are provided upon payment.

What to bring to a treatment

Clothing: Clients are usually treated in their underwear, or in loose-fitting clothing. Clients can bring their clothes with them to the treatment and change in privacy. Clients will have access to a private bathroom but no shower .

Medical records: Clients may bring medical records that are relevant to their current health concerns such as x-rays, MRI, CT-Scan or ultra-sound, results of blood tests or other medical diagnostic tests. It is also helpful to know the names of medications that the client is currently taking.

Cancellation policy

Clients who need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment can do so using the online booking system until 24 hours before the appointment. Clients who wish to cancel or change their appointment within 24 hours of the appointment must give notice by phone, SMS or WhatsApp or email. Please try to avoid last-minute cancellations as there are often other clients waiting for an appointment. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of a treatment.

Privacy policy

A written record of patient’s contact information, health history, assessment, treatment plan and treatments given will be kept by the osteopath. All information in this record is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone else without the client’s permission. In addition, all information that is shared with the osteopath during the treatment will be kept completely confidential.

COVID-19 pandemic precautions

In addition to regular hygiene practices of hand-washing and changing linens between clients, the following additional measures will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

Clients with symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to reschedule their appointments;

Both client and therapist will wear a face mask during the treatment;

Surfaces in the office (chairs, desk, table, doorknobs) will be wiped down 15 minutes after the client has left (to allow time for water droplets to settle before disinfecting).
